Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked throughout the transit process.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original box or mailer, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
